The truth about my departure from Sunlogics group of companies….

There has been much public speculation and several private communications from friends, investors, and vendors from all over the world, wondering why I suddenly departed from Sunlogics group and resigned from the board of Salamon Group Inc, owner of the Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc.

The fact is that I received a call on August 11th from the CEO of both groups, with a letter sent within that same call, advising me that this day was my last, and requesting that I resign from the Salamon Group board of directors. Since that time, we have made attempts to reconcile differing positions regarding severance issues, unfortunately without success. And yet, I am not going to argue any part of this case in the court of public opinion. This will now be for the courts to determine.

Please know that I have no desire for Sunlogics to fail. On the contrary, I have invested months into helping it succeed. Many great things were accomplished together and I believe that the long record of appreciation from so many people with whom I interacted will be testament against whatever contrary claims that any of my actions were born from ego or selfish intent. I have learned the hard way that when partners win, we win. And so I wish the remaining colleagues, partners, investors, vendors and customers all the successes possible. There are many great people within the groups that I miss daily interactions with, and for whom I wish only success.

The marketplace is large enough for those who take a constructive view of competition, and who do so with grace, honor and respect of all. And this marketplace is changing fast. The win in this changing solar marketplace will not go to the largest, but to the quickest, and so today, I put on my sprint shoes….the best is yet to come.

Hope this helps.
