Resignation from board of directors of Salamon Group, Inc. and departure from Sunlogics Inc/Sunlogics PLC

Just letting everyone know that on Friday, August 26th, 2011, I officially tendered my resignation from my position as director on the board of Salamon Group, Inc., for personal reasons. I am also no longer employed by Sunlogics Inc.

I thank all whom I came across during my time with SLMU and Sunlogics Inc. Its been an incredibly rewarding period of work, with many great lessons learned. I am grateful for all of the good wishes and kind words I have received from colleagues. I am particularly grateful for the opportunity to have worked with teams at Energizer and General Motors. Both are wonderful organizations that are truly wanting to make a difference for our environments.

I can only hope that the principles for which I stood will make even a small positive difference in the manner in which various stakeholders will be dealt with. If you’d like to keep in touch or ask me any questions, post to this blog and I’ll respond as best I can.

PS. Salamon Group, Inc. has had my approved version of the form 8K required to be filed with the SEC since Sunday, August 28th, 2011. I believe they will be filing the documents shortly.

      Josh,

As I am not a director of SLMU, I have no obligation to reveal my holdings. I remain bullish for the opportunity, I hope the manner in which its managed improves for the sake of all.
