Envision Solar charging station blooms at GM facilities while tracking the sun.

Envision Solar, founded by visionary LEEDS architect, Mr. Robert Noble, had a ribbon cutting ceremony on GM (General Motors) ground this week.

The ceremony represented further proof of GM’s commitment to adding renewable energy solutions to its energy portfolio. GM also committed to building more solar trees at other locations.

The functionality of the tree is beyond compare. It tracks the sun, thereby gaining up to 25% more power per watt of installed solar panels. It also has a very iconic presence. Larger lots such as GM’s or others, seeking to add solar power, would be well advised to look at Envision’s solution as a robust structure with specific design features that enhance the user’s experience.

Kudos to Envision and its team…and good press release John ;)…
