Its not over ’til the last “i” is dotted…

To all SLMU investors…

Today came and went as we went through the histrionics of trying to decide what to say given that we had advised that April 5th would be the final date of the merger with Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc.

A few days ago we stated all that we were going to be a few days late in filing the Form 10K. Filing that form is a pre-requisite prior to filing the “Super 8K” SEC document required for all reverse mergers. At that time, we still believed we could be on time.

So where do we stand? We are within days of filing the Form 10K which would then very quickly be followed by the filing of the final merger document (Super 8K). All documents are in order and payments have been made. As with any administration that inherits the “office”, you end up finding things which take longer than hoped. We honestly thought we’d be done by April 5th, and we won’t be far off. However, I will NOT make the mistake of making another date promise because its not in my hands. What we all know is that the 10K MUST be complete and filed by April 15th. Take your cues from that.

I apologize to all of those investors who feel we let them down. I could have been proactive and showed more foresight by letting out this information yesterday, yet I still hoped for a “last minute miracle” which would allow filings to begin on time.

Leaders are identified not by their titles, but by their manner of how they treat those that look to them to lead to success for all. So I want to give a big thanks to Harold and the entire team of colleagues who have worked so hard to help us get through a monumental effort to get things done for this merger. Some may question my desire to post this message, yet I subordinate myself to only one thing, and that is a set of principles that demands that I will act as if my daughter is sitting on my shoulders when treating others. I will not show one public face and a different private one. And while my post today may not even sit well with some, I will stand by my actions and suffer any consequences that I must. I come to this from a position of strength of integrity which will trump the power of anything else, anytime.

I did not respond to many investor emails or calls today. I will answer all calls and emails on Wednesday morning. Some people may not feel that “within days” is sufficient, yet call me “once burned, twice shy” in not giving a specific date. I hold shares like many others, and yet I didn’t sell any today. Hopefully that means something to some of you.

UPDATE: I fixed some grammar in the last sentence. Nothing of substance has changed from original post.
