Green Valentines?

So this year I am not buying anyone a card, I am emailing them one. I am not indulging in anything with monstrous packaging either. And behold, we now have “green chocolate” that we can buy!
Going green is often done just to say we’ve gone green, yet with each little step, we make what might start off for show into a great reality. I don’t laugh when people promote themselves as “green” just because they started recycling. Every little step is a positive one which should be encouraged and rewarded. Our kids have gone far more “electronic” than we have and therefore I often look to them for inspiration too.
By making this a green Valentine’s, you’ll save money and you’ll save a tree, and you’ll make a difference.

As an investor of ICPR I would like an answer as to why yourself and Joel Cohen have been selling your holdings? Should I be concerned as to the future of ICP?
An immediate response by email would be greatly appreciated.
    Regards,
Comment: See answer to other investors. I cannot speak for Joel, yet I have sold 57K out of 18.3Million shares I control. Any sales you see from me this year are purely to pay taxes personally and have no reflection on my belief in ICP. Q4 results show you and others that a turnaround has occurred. We are very bullish on the future of solar energy and our place within the industry which is why we spent so much on R&D last year. Hope this helps. Sass

    Dear Sass,
one question please: Wy did you sell shares?
INSIDER TRANSACTIONS REPORTED – LAST TWO YEARS
Date Insider Shares Type Transaction Value*
    6-Mar-09 COHEN JOEL CHARLES
Director 20,000 Direct Sale at $0.13 per share. $2,600
    26-Feb-09 COHEN JOEL CHARLES
Director 25,000 Direct Sale at $0.13 per share. $3,250
    26-Feb-09 PERESS SASS
Officer 50,000 Direct Sale at $0.14 per share. $7,000
A few investors have asked me this question and I answer in the same manner: Its tax season in Canada and we have taxes to pay at this time each year so for me its necessary to sell a few shares to pay them. I hold or control 18.3Million shares in ICP Solar so I think its safe to say I am not dumping my shares out of concern. If you saw a CEO selling an important part of his shares, then I would agree. The future of ICP is one I am very confident in and you already saw the beginnings of our turnaround with the Q4 results. I think many who predicted our downfall will again be sadly disappointed. Hope this helps to explain.
