      Mr. Cohen got shares instead of cash as part of payments due to him. That is the only reason he sold those particular shares. Like me he has held onto the vast majority of his
      shares.

    how many Sales have been generated since the launch ?

    As you will agree management salary often is based on success.

    Lets say you and your director worried many people when you just two weeks later at the end of November sold for 6 and 7 Cent shares.

    You wouldn´t do if things would run well.

    Why don´t you use massively affiliate markting to spread the brand recognition as well to sell products now?

    Every succesful company in the internet have done so. Just look at Amazon. Their success is strongly based on all the advertisement on webpages from affiliates.

    This is how they started to become popular. And this is how distribution works in the Internet.

    Why don´t you use this marketing instrument ?

    Sir, and do not oversee the customer. Indeed it is nice if engineers develop products of that they think that they are good, but have you ever made customer surveys and asked them what kind of products they want ?

    If there would be much demand for your products then the financial situation would be different, so you may not have the products that customers want.

    But you have the know how to build what customers want.

    Just some years ago the share price was about 3 US Dollar and now at 5 US Cent.

    Are you sure about the current strategy ?

    I agree you wouldn´t sell shares at this level, if you wouldn´t have to in order to pay bills, but if you not significant change the marketing and sales strategy your dream and the dream of many investors probably will end.

    The Green Energy Act in Canada should boost your Sales. Within this 2 Billion Canadian Dollar package your aim should be to catch at least 200 million and even if this means that ICP has to be creative to get it.

    Offer for instance to the government to supply the military with 50.000 solar battery charges and 200.000 solarlamps.

    Or offer them to build some hundred thousand street lights.

    If your nations government wants to be sustainable somebody has to tell them what is possible and so it is upon the solar scientists to speak with them.

    Have you ever send to the Kings on this planet a small product sample as gift ?

    Why not if they are the leaders and decisionmakers of country and often owners of many companies ?

    I am not talking of thousands of people, just a selection of those who are important.

    And I really miss some marketing. You have not many tube videos and no good one for viral marketing.

    Can´t you buy for 100 bucks a headcam or for some hundred bucks a HD digicam and make some good videos ?

    For instance you could explain how solar techs work targeting schools and university as some kind of Corporate Social Responsibility.

    Or you could just present how ICP manufactures and tell about the company and introduce products.

    There exist many ways to improve the brand recognition also with small budgets.

    Try to exploit free media. More than just this bloq or social networks. Use all b2b channel especially those who offer newsfeeds.

    Invite some editors from science and stock market magazines. Do this regulary to get many free reports. Editors are always searching stories. Have a good meal with them and give them a good story with many fotos then they are happy.

    For instance ” We at ICP Solar are convinced that we can solve all the energy problems of Canada with our amazing technologies. It is now on the Canadian citizens to decide if they want the clean energy way that we offer or to keep the dirty way of the past generations. ”

    Or well it is now Christmas Season. Where is your super special offer for Canada that fits under every tree ? You ever thought to develop small products for seasonal events to reach large scales ?

    Where is the solar christmas light ? Or a Solaregg radio for easter ? There exist probably thousands things that could be produced to serve as little presents or tools.

    I agree to your companies strategy that it can be profitable to develop Solar fans and some Solar charger for luxury boats, but how many people have such boats ?

    So the total volume of sold units in some of ICP product lines is not good, because the target group is too small.

    This is why it is important to ask the customer and for instance to make Conjoint analysis with them to identify high potential mass products.

    ICP needs cash cows. Sure Energizer is a nice brand, but will make products not cheaper and as you know price elasticity has influence on the number of sold units.

    Would be more interesting if you would make a deal with Apple to supply their Ipods and whatever with Solar panels or chargers.

    I wrote it in the beginning of last year and write it now at the end of this year. ICP has a lot of know how, but lacks in Sales and Marketing.

    Well and if you run out of funds then think expansive to rewrite the business plan in order to receive a bigger loan or to give out plenty times more shares.

    Think big. There is a complete world out there that has demand for your know how.

    Sass I made research, abou 10 % of ICP shares are owned by German investors. They wouldn´t do so, if they wouldn´t believe in Solar techs.

    Look now at Copenhagen, nearly all nations understood that challenge that comes to mankind and this means to use sustainable techs.

    And this includes Solar.

    In Canada they establish a 2 billion Dollar program only for solar and now all the world wants solar, why have ICP share kept on falling versus the market trends ?

    How much money did ICP spend last year on Marketing and how much of it was for Product Advertisements ?

    If people do not know that ICP exists, then they also cannot go to ICP´s online shop.

    Canada has only a little bit more than 30 million citizens. The target group are maybe 5-10 million who would want little or mediun size solar devices.

    On this planet we have over 200 million SME´s. Nearly all of them could use solar techs.

    But how many are now your clients ?

    I know that in the current market situation everything is difficult, but my opinion is that ICP could perform much better with some changes.

    You will certainly agree that the Sales volume has to rise.

    I just have a different opinion than you how to reach this aim.

    But you have the majority of shares and so I do not get enough votes behind me to control some of ICP´s Marketing and Sales activities.

    Its a pity. The first thing i would do would be to ask Energizer if they can stimulate the project by purchasing for every of their employees a solar charger and if it is possible to supply the US army.

    This is simply necessary to have fundament and if the company does not trust in its own products then it is a bad sign. Instead the company could make use for marketing with it highlighting that every of their employees got one, so everybody would know that it is special.

    Well but also every ICP Solar employee should get one in order to identify themself with the brand and their work.

    And also your Wal Mart partnership requires to be improved. Many companies build now sustainable buildings for that they lease the windows.

    So then think of a contract that you will lease to Wal Mart Solar panels for all their stores and even if this just produces energy for some lights.

    All companies are forced to reduce Carbon emission and pollution and this is a good way for Wal Mart to be more sustainable. Would be a good Win- Win situation.

    And also think more b2b. You certainly can convince many MC Drives to purchase a Solar Driven Light Sign or something similiar. They want to turn green now.

    See also the toy industry would have use for solar tech, because many kids and teenagers demand scientific toys. Think of Fisher Price or Lego Technic.

    There exist many possibilities for ICP to grow faster.

    I see that the company has problems to get new loans, but this is just because the business plan does not contain the figures that the bankers want to see.

    Honestly i would wish that you have the aim to increase the Sales volume by ten times in next year and therefore apply to the bank for investment money in order to cover the necessary marketing expenses.

    This is something that the MBA´s all understand.

    I am convinced that all readers and investors will agree that ICP has much know how and some promising products, but ICP failed to reach the customers market.

    Regarding Alexa 75 % of the icpsolar.com website come from the US, and surprisingly 8 % from Bulgaria. Seems that you have a market there or sombody is trying to hack your website.

    But from Canada are not many visiting your site. It seems that ICP is not present on the home market.

    Who is doing the Marketing of ICP an Engineer or a Marketeer ?

    Or is the motivation at ICP not good enough ? Do you reward busy employees ?

    Do you accept different opinions or have you created a team that is afraid of you and always says yes ?

    For the people outside ICP it is very difficult to understand why there are only a few sales.

    How big is the inventory ? How many products haven´t been sold yet ?

    Exist there a chrismas discount to empty the storage? If not, why not ?

    May my feedback and questions give you some new ideas.

    All of my latest sales were reinvested into ICP. Not a single penny came into my personal account.
